Intervals is a simple, minimal Interval Timer for either long or short sessions. Which means you can use it for exercise and HIIT workouts as well as productivity sessions like Pomodoro.
It comes with 3 presets for HIIT, Tabata and Pomodoro which can be edited to suit your needs.

- Short Session: Active and Rest periods upto 5 minutes with minimum 5 seconds and 5 second increments. 30 cycles.
- Long Session : Active and Rest periods upto 1 hour. 30 cycles.
- Preparation time of 10 seconds
- Reset and Pause options during workout
- Set upto 3 Interval presets to quickly get to your preferred setup

Changes: Hello, after taking on board the feedback from our users, we have made a few changes to Intervals.
Intervals is now free with ads and limited usage. The free version gives the option to save 2 default activities.
You can purchase the premium version for 1 USD which removes ads and allows an unlimited number of activities.
There is also now an amoled mode in settings to save battery life
All users who are currently using Intervals, will directly have access to the Premium version.
